At 87.2 acres (35.3 hectares) Teal Park is the largest new Employment Park in the East Midlands. The fully serviced commercial development in the City of Lincoln has extensive frontage to Whisby Road and a direct dual carriageway link to the A46. The site is suitable for a variety of commercial uses.
The adjacent A46 Lincoln Bypass is undergoing a comprehensive upgrade due for completion in Autumn 2012. This will provide a direct access off Whisby Road into the site.
