What Happens Next?
The Public Consultation marks an initial stage in the planning application process and involves engaging with local residents, businesses and other stakeholders in Lincoln and the surrounding area.
The next steps include:
- A public exhibition: 28th October until 1st November 2008;
- Feedback from the Public Consultation (closes on 12th November 2008);
- A review of consultation period;
- Finalisation of development proposals;
- Completion of the Environmental Impact Assessment and other planning documents;
- Submission of planning application (Spring 2009);
- Planning application consultation (Spring/Summer 2009);
- Planning decision (Autumn 2009)
- Construction of development and highways works (commence 2010).
