• Approximately 30 hectares of developable space.
• Anticipated 4,000 jobs long term.

• Initial servicing of the site is an investment of approximately £20 million of which £17m is Lincolnshire County Council and remaining £3m subject to an European Rural Development Fund bid.
• First development will safeguard 500+ jobs with Siemens relocating their turbine service facility on an 11 acre site.

  £250k - £300 k per acre dependant on plot.
